The overall experience of dealing with All American Electrical was extremely unpleasant and stressful. I will not use them and will surely caution everyone against using them. Extremely incompetent and unprofessional technicians as well as customer service.

I had one of their techs come to fix a light switch in my kitchen. Maybe in the process of fixing it he hooked up some other wires wrong, and the light in my dining room went out. I called for follow up and was greeted by this extremely ill mannered and demeaning girl that all but called me a liar (great manners, by the way! NOT!) and literally interrupted my every sentence.

People who insult and are demeaning to the customer should not be in the customer service department. She was not even ready to consider for a moment the possibility that a wire might have been hooked up wrong by her tech.

She tried to insinuate that I was trying to sneak in 2 services for the cost of one. I am a home owner, and do not think it worth my time to bicker over a 75/- service charge. But like any hard working person, I do not wish to pay for something that should have been done right the first time around.

And talking to the owner Mr Wetzel did nothing to make the situation better.
